CASE REPORT:A P<\/p>\n
22-year-old patient, waitress.<\/p>\n
Pain in RE LU-PV bi since 2017, in the absence of significant trauma\/efforts, worsened 2 years ago and also after sprained right ankle (TA dx) in August 2025. No pain at rest (NRS = 0\/10), maximum pain NRS = 7\/10.<\/p>\n
MoDo: worse when sitting, in the last 2 years even after prolonged walking\/work. Unclear painful movement.<\/p>\n
Concomitant pain = CL for 4-5 years. Since approximately 2017 pain and tingling in extremities DI (sx > dx), TA-PE bi, CP bi. History: Dysmenorrhea. 2020-2022 use of bite, removal of wisdom teeth in 2022. 2017-18: device. Recurrent tonsillitis. In the past candidiasis, labial herpers. Swollen feet after work, allergies to some fruits<\/p>\n
HYPOTHESIS: visceral dysfunction (Receptor sequence + Glandular sequence\/Endocrine system) + lymphatic-immune system dysfunction.<\/p>\n
Catenary palpation \u2192 prevalence of AP tensor<\/p>\n
1\u00b0 session (06.10.25): AN ME PV 2 sx, MEa LU dx, AN ME TA bi. Improves your back. Headache appears (between eye + left eye) –> improves with RE ME PE3 dx. Non-annoying back tension also appears.<\/p>\n
2\u00b0 session 20.10.25): In general, back and AAII are better at work too. Upper part symptoms unchanged. I confirm the found tensors and continue as a receptor. AN ME CP3 dx, RE ME CA1 sx, AN .<\/p>\n
3\u00b0 sitting (10.11.25): Improved back, calves improved further but walked a lot. Headache the same. Improved right hand as tingling, left hand as tingling and as pain. With the last cycle a lot of abdominal pain. ME CU sx, AN ME CP1 dx, AN ME CL sx, MEa?\/AN ME PV2 d.<\/p>\n
4\u00b0 session (02.03.26): Returns after 4 months. Very good at first, painful cycle. Feet always good but a little worse lately, back never perfect but still very good; worsened a week ago after prolonged standing work; worse sitting and at night. He started the gym and work again in early January. \u2192 Today prevalence tensor OB. IR CP 2 sx, IR LU dx, IR CL dx. Q (an la ge sx, an me pv dx, an la ge dx).<\/p>\n
5\u00b0 sitting (23.03.26): Very well, there is some pain left in the right shoulder blade and feet and little lower back. I continue with tensor OB: ER LU dx, ER CX sx, ER CP3 sx, ER CL sx.
